1. How do I order?
Ordering online may be done in just a few simple steps.
Find the perfect book and fill out the personalized order form.
If you are ready to check out, click on "View Cart" and click on the "Secure check out order form" and fill out your payment, billing and shipping information.
If you are not ready to check out, click the "continue shopping" button. Or if you prefer, you may order by phone by calling 800-548-1383.
2. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of credit cards. When you are checking out and you are ready to pay by credit card, please choose PayPal as your form of payment. You do not have to be a member of "PayPal" to pay by credit card. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks that are sent through the mail.
3. What is your privacy policy?
We never sell or give away any of our customer's information for any reason. The information we store to create your book is kept in a secure location with very limited access. We will never ask you for your social security number, and all information is considered confidential. All online payments are done via a secure payment processing method. Your privacy is very important to us!
4. When will I receive my book?
Orders are processed immediately after payment has been received. You should receive a confirmation notice of shipment as soon as it has been processed. Typically orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment. If you do not receive your order within 14 days you should contact us immediately at 1-800-548-1383 or e-mail us at info@iminabook.com. We will do everything in our power to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that during the holidays it could take slightly longer due to the busy holiday season.
* Large orders could take 14-21 days if not in stock.
5. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is determined based on weight. It will be calculated before payment is submitted.
Examples are listed below:
Standard Mail- Up to 2lbs (approximately 4 books or less)= $2.97
Rush Delivery- Up to 2lbs (approximately 4 books or less)= $7.95
UPS Ground- Up to 2lbs (approximately 4 books or less)= $10.50
6. What is the I'm in a Book Club? How do I join and what are my benefits?
The I'm in a Book Club is a way for you to save money on your order immediately and for all future orders. It is a way for us to send our valued customers information about new products and most importantly to pass along any special savings or discounts to you our important customer. To join just click on any link that says "Join our Club" or "Save money now" and fill out the form. It's free to join and we keep all of your information confidential and it will never be sold or shared with anyone.
7. Do you have a return policy?
Yes, I'm in a Book prides itself on providing good quality books. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, ship it back to us and we will give you a free replacement or your money back (your choice)!
